Job Description:
BioT is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our inbound and outbound marketing strategy, overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing annual budgets, developing marketing content, and administering Hubspot.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Market Research: Identify industry trends, target audiences, competitors, and new market channels.
Develop B2B Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies aligned with BioT's objectives and target audience to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Utilize Digital Marketing Channels: Use a variety of digital marketing channels such as SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to generate leads, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness.
Manage External Relationships: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors.
Create Compelling Content: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy, to support B2B marketing initiatives.
Maintain CRM & Marketing Automation: Manage and maintain the company CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot); keep the database updated, and manage workflows, reports, and email campaigns.
Collaborate Across Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales and product to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals, and report directly to the CEO.
Analyze Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
Tradeshow Research and Execution: Research and identify relevant tradeshows and exhibitions, plan and manage BioT’s participation to maximize visibility and lead capture, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
